REFUND POLICY

All returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days from date of purchase -- money back guarantee.

All returns or exchanges must be initiated with Essential Energy Solutions knowledge, and are at the absolute discretion of Essential Energy Solutions and may be denied for just cause.

All returning merchandise must include the corresponding order number(s) or customer name inside the returning package to the address provided by Essential Energy Solutions.

Refunds do not include cost of priority shipping with the original order.

Please allow up to 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. An email notification will be sent once the return or exchange is processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business day(s) based on your payment provider.
